Who we are

What we collect

When you send the class request form, we receive your name, your email address, the class and time you chose, and your message.

Why we use it

We use it to reply to your request and to arrange a class. The legal basis is taking steps at your request before a possible agreement, under Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR.

Who sees it

No one else sees it apart from our email provider, which stores our mailbox.

How long we keep it

We keep your messages for 12 months after our last reply, then delete them.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, or object to how we use it. Write to ola@pucaro.example. You can also complain to the Portuguese data protection authority, CNPD, at cnpd.pt.

What your browser stores

We do not use cookies or analytics. If you press the theme button, your choice of light or dark theme is saved in your browser so the site remembers it. You can remove it by clearing this site's data in your browser settings.

Accessibility

We aim to meet WCAG 2.2 at level AA. The site is built to work with a keyboard and with screen readers, and to reduce motion when your device asks for it.
